The ITG Full Cover Glass functions well but you need to be careful with it
Patchworks ITG Full Cover Glass Review – Smooth and hates fingerprints!
Today we’re going to do a review on Patchworks ITG Full Cover glass. We’ve been impressed with most of Patchworks stuff so far, but the Full Cover glass has a couple of things that lower’s the score. The ITG Full Cover glass is an edge-to-edge screen protector that is made of tempered glass, so the edges aren’t as tough as ITG’s silicate glass or anything else made with Gorilla glass. The functionality of the iPhone’s screen under the screen protector is top notch.
For our Patchworks ITG Full Cover Glass Review for the iPhone 6(s+), we’ve given this screen protector a score of 3.8 Eh’s out of 5. It scores lower than the ITG Silicate glass which is one of our current favourites as well as the iLoome Screen Mate Max, and Sir Lancelot Holy Grail. It’s the edge-to-edge fit of the screen protector that saves it regarding its score. If you’re wondering else other screen protectors that we’ve reviewed, check out our comparison tool!

Design – Great fit but it chips easily
The design of this screen protector is what lowers the score of the Full Cover glass. We had no issues with the installation and the dust removal sticker is very useful. The fit of the screen protector is decent and lives up to Patchworks edge-to-edge claim. It extends past the touchable area of the iPhone but oddly enough, it extends too far to work with other ITG cases, but it fits the Rhinoshield Playproof well.
The build quality of the screen protector is where it falls on its face. It’s not too thick, but the edges aren’t rounded so you will notice the screen protector if your iPhone doesn’t have a case on it. Applying a bit of pressure on those edges will chip the screen protector. This sort of damage most likely won’t happen if the iPhone is in a case.
We’ve installed the pink iPhone with the ITG Full Cover glass onto a dozen of different cases. Most cases would raise the corners of the screen protector and eventually the one corner completely cracked. This corner also becomes misaligned with the rest of the screen protector resulting in a sharp corner.
To give you a sense of the durability of the product, the screen protector on the iPhone 6s has been on an iPhone as long as the Solid EX 3D that we re-reviewed a couple of weeks ago, and the Solid EX 3D screen protector is completely fine while the ITG Full Cover glass is pretty banged up.

Protection – Key/coin proof!
In terms of screen protection, keys and coins will do nothing to the screen protector and the tempered glass will offer more impact protection than your normal iPhone screen.

Functionality – Clearly “see” your iPhone’s screen!
Now onto the highlight of the Full Glass cover. The functionality of the iPhone under the screen protector is top notch like ITG’s silicate glass. The glare is non-existent, there is no diffusion, but the best part is the fingerprint resistance. It seems a little stronger than other screen protectors which are something we said for the ITG Silicate Glass.
