Spigen Thin Fit Review – Galaxy S7 (and S7 Edge)
The Spigen Thin Fit is the perfect case if all you want is something to protect the Galaxy S7/S7 Edge from day-to-day wear. It offers great access to the device but is lacking in screen and drop protection. It’s on the same level as the Liquid Crystal but won’t succumb to excessive fingerprinting.
The score for the Thin Fit is lower than most cases because of the lack of protection. If you’re careful with your devices, you are going to love the Thin Fit. On the S7 version, the tops and bottoms of the screen are exposed as the case doesn’t extend past the screen. On the S7 Edge version, there are cutouts in each corner which may allow dust/debris to enter the case.
Like the Tough and Slim Armors, the Thin Fit comes in different coatings. We would recommend getting one with the soft rubber coating as it will make the S7 or S7 Edge easier to handle and will keep the device on a flat surface.
For our Spigen Thin Fit review, we’ve given this S7 case a score of 3.0 Eh’s out of 5. The Thin Fit one of the lowest rated cases we’ve come across, but our scoring for slim cases encompasses a protection aspect which the Thin Fit doesn’t do very well in. If you’re looking for something similar, check out the Spigen Liquid Crystal or if you’re looking for tougher cases, see the Spigen Crystal Shell, Ultra Hybrid, and Tough Armor.
