Do go with the Slim Armor or the Tough Armor for your S7?

Spigen Slim Armor Review – Galaxy S7 (and S7 Edge)
The Spigen Slim Armor is one of Spigen’s tougher cases for the S7 and S7 Edge. It will provide more protection than other cases such as the Liquid Crystal and Thin Fit. Right off the bat, we prefer the Tough Armor over the Slim Armor because of the handling.
One of the oddities with the Slim Armor (this occurs with the Tough Armor as well) involve the coating used on the polycarbonate piece. Several of our Slim Armors came with a soft rubber coating which significantly improved the handling of the Galaxy S7 in the case while others didn’t. If you are looking at getting this case, make sure you get the version with the soft rubber coating though we’re not sure if the kickstand comes with the soft touch rubber versions. Just be careful as the soft rubber versions will scratch a little easier.
Like the Tough Armor, the buttons on the Slim Armor sit flush on the case, so we ended having a harder time accessing the volume and power buttons. Elaborating on the handling comment above, the corners of the Slim Armor don’t provide the same grippiness as the Tough Armor when using the S7 with one hand. It had a tendency to slip out of the palm during our review period.
For our Spigen Slim Armor Review, we’ve given this S7 case a score of 3.7 Eh’s out of 5. The Slim Armor scores lower than the Tough Armor and Tech 21 Evo Check and is on the same level as the Otterbox Commuter.
